Virgos Lounge accepts returns and exchanges of unwanted items within 14 days of receipt. 

 

RETURNS

Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached. Please email customercare@virgoslounge.com for instructions on how to return an item.

Please email customercare@virgoslounge.com with "RETURNS" in the subject line and your name, four-digit order number and reason for return in the email for instructions on how to return an item. All requests for returns made after the 14-day period will be denied.

 

ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE, YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.

 

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Any customs or import duties charged on international returns will be charged to the sender except the returned item is fault. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest you place a new order for the item you want to ensure that it is in stock. We will refund the cost of the returned merchandise back to your original form of payment.
